- Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Brown the pork.
- When only a little pink is left add shallots, red bell pepper, lime juice, fish sauce and chili sauce. Stir well and continue to cook 5-6 min.
- Add the brown rice and cilantro, stir to combine.
- To serve, place 2 or 3 lettuce leaves on a plate; divide about 3/4 cup of pork mixture over top.
