How to make the right pork sisig using pork's face!

Ингредиенты

  • 1 1⁄2 kg pork face
  • 1⁄4 cup grilled liver (diced)
  • 2 med onion (diced)
  • 2pcs Red pepper (chopped)
  • 1 head garlic (minced)
  • 6 hot chili pepper (minced)
  • 1/2 cup Canola oil
  • 1 cup CaneVinegar
  • 1 tbsp liquid seasoning
  • 1 pinch Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Brown sugar
  • 1 cup Beef stock
  • 1 pc egg

Инструкции

  1. Grill pork face for to remove hair (or have it cleaned in the market)
  2. Boil pork face until tender.
  3. Take out all the meat and dice.
  4. In a sauté pan, heat oil and sauté garlic, onion, red pepper, pork meat and liver.
  5. Season with liquid seasoning, black pepper, and brown sugar.
  6. Pour in beef stock and cook until meat is tender and starts to oil again.
  7. Add minced chili pepper and stir all together.
  8. Serve on a sizzling plate with raw egg on top.
