(for plums) 1/4 c. hoisin sauce 2 Tbsp. soy sauce 2 Tbsp. white vinegar

2 Tbsp. ketchup 1 Tbsp. chopped chili of your choice     salt & pepper to taste

1. Mix ingredients thoroughly in a bowl. Brush grilling plum halves with the sauce in the last 30 seconds to 1 minute of grilling. Remove from heat and drizzle with the remaining glaze.
