  • 16 x Jumbo Shrimp, (Peeled, Deveined, and Butterflied)
  • 1 x Dry Habanero, Reconstituted
  • 1/4 x Onion, Coarsely Minced
  • 2 x Cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 1/2 tsp Curry Pwdr
  • 2 ounce Sesame Oil

  2. Puree paste ingredients, then add in oil slowly till smooth. Skewer shrimp 4 to a skewer; brush with paste. Let sit in room temperature for thirty min.
  3. Pre-heat grill and cook shrimp skewers over medium heat for two min on each side.
