Ингредиенты

1 tsp Tabasco sauce 3 Tbsp. cider vinegar     (12-oz) bottle of lager beer 1 Tbsp. coarse-grained mustard 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce or possibly steak sauce

1/2 c. soy sauce 2 tsp chopped garlic 2 Tbsp. chopped onion 1 tsp salt 1 tsp freshly grnd black pepper

Инструкции

1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Marinate and grill steaks as directed in master recipes above.
2. Makes 2 1/3 to 3 c. marinade.
