2 pork tenderloins

1 tsp salt

1 tsp dried thyme leaves

1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

1/2 tsp pepper
-
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg

pinch of ground cloves

1 tbs sunflower oil
-
1/4 cup cranberry jelly or jam
-
1 tbs dried cranberries, whole

1 tbs cream
-
2/3 cup broth from ½ beef or vegetable cube

Инструкции
- Trim all visible fat from pork medallions. With meat mallet beat them slightly.
- In medium bowl, mix salt, thyme, cinnamon, pepper, nutmeg and cloves. Add meat to spice mixture, toss to coat.
- In skillet heat oil, add meat, cook 5 minutes on each side or until cooked. Remove from skillet and set aside (keep them warm).
- Stir cranberry jelly or jam, whole cranberries and cream into drippings in the skillet.
- Add beef or vegetable broth and stir until smooth. Bring to the boil and set aside.
- Spoon sauce over pork and serve with cooked bulgur.
