Ингредиенты

  • 1 1/2 lb raw Spanish peanuts
  • 1 x egg white
  • 1 Tbsp. water
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Инструкции

  1. Beat egg white and water till foamy, not dry and stiff. Pour in peanuts and stir till coated well. Mix sugar, salt, cinnamon; fold in peanuts.
  2. Place in large pan, bake for 45 min at 300 degrees and stir every 15 min. Very good.
