%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20didn't%20make%20the%20Filo%20pastry%20used%20in%20this%20recipe.%20%20First%20off,%20I'm%20not%20a%20miracle%20worker,%20and%20secondly,%20shop%20bought%20to%20me,%20tastes%20much%20nicer%20than%20anything%20I%20could%20make...%20It's%20a%20tricky%20pastry,%20but%20if%20you%20can%20make%20it,%20then%20feel%20free%20to%20sub%20that%20part%20of%20my%20recipe%20for%20your%20own.%20%20Also,%20I%20bow%20to%20you,%20as%20you%20are%20awesome.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E270g%20pre-made%20filo%20pastry.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E2%20teaspoons%20cider%20vinegar.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E2%20tablespoons%20water.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPreheat%20the%20oven%20to%20gas%20mark%206/200%C2%B0C%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EEmpty%20the%20cans%20of%20apple%20into%20a%20saucepan%20with%20the%20cider%20vinegar,%20water,%20mixed%20spice%20&%20apple.%20%20Leave%20to%20simmer%20on%20a%20medium%20heat%20for%20about%2015%20minutes,%20stirring%20often.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EOnce%20it's%20heated%20&%20has%20started%20to%20thicken%20slightly,%20take%20it%20off%20the%20heat,%20and%20put%20it%20through%20a%20sieve%20(don't%20push%20on%20it)%20and%20leave%20it%20to%20drip,%20in%20the%20sieve%20on%20top%20of%20the%20saucepan,%20whilst%20you%20prep%20the%20pastry.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThis%20part%20bit%20might%20come%20across%20as%20complicated%20(i'm%20not%20good%20at%20describing)%20but%20I%20promise%20it's%20not.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ETake%20a%20long%20sheet%20of%20pastry,%20cut%20in%20half%20to%20make%20a%20square.%20%20One%20square%20makes%20one%20pie%20roll.%20%20Place%20one%20half%20to%20the%20side.%20%20Take%20the%20other%20square%20half%20and%20gently%20brush%20the%20butter%20or%20oil%20over,%20cut%20in%20half%20again%20so%20it's%20a%20long%20rectangle%20shape.%20%20Like%20so:%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ENext,%20take%20a%20tablespoon%20of%20the%20apple%20mixture%20place%20it%20at%20the%20end%20of%20the%20cut%20pastry%20sheet,%20fold%20in%20each%20side%20and%20gently%20roll%20it%20down%20the%20board,%20folding%20in%20the%20edges%20as%20you%20go.%20%20Like%20so:%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EOnce%20you've%20rolled%20it%20to%20the%20end%20seal%20with%20a%20little%20butter,%20place%20the%20roll%20onto%20the%20top%20of%20the%20other%20sheet%20and%20repeat%20the%20process.%20%20Once%20it's%20rolled%20in%20it's%20second%20layer%20of%20pastry,%20seal%20with%20a%20little%20butter,%20dabbing%20some%20onto%20the%20ends%20and%20outer%20layer,%20place%20onto%20a%20greased%20baking%20sheet%20and%20repeat%20the%20process%20again%20with%20the%20other%20square%20half%20from%20earlier.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ERepeat%20this%20until%20you%20have%20your%2012%20pie%20rolls%20on%20the%20greased%20baking%20sheet%20(or%2011%20if%20you%20dropped%20one%20like%20I%20did).%20%20Brush%20a%20little%20butter%20or%20oil%20onto%20the%20tops.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThen%20place%20in%20the%20top%20of%20the%20oven%20for%2012-18%20minutes%20until%20they%20have%20turned%20golden%20brown,%20and%20started%20to%20expand%20slightly.%20%20It%20should%20look%20something%20along%20these%20lines:%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ELeave%20to%20cool%20for%2010%20minutes%20before%20serving.%20%20They%20go%20very%20well%20with%20toffee%20sauce,%20ice%20cream,%20single%20cream,%20frozen%20yoghurt%20and%20golden%20syrup.%20%20That's%20just%20a%20few%20suggestions,%20for%20the%20teeny%202PP,%20have%20two!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESo%20whilst%20I've%20got%20you%20all%20here,%20I've%20been%20awarded%20the%20Liebster%20Blog%20award%20by%20the%20two%20very%20talented%20bloggers:%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EBoth%20deserve%20a%20big%20shout%20out%20as%20both%20are%20on%20my%20must%20read%20list,%20so%20I%20feel%20kinda%20honored%20that%20they%20chose%20to%20nominate%20me.%20%20Before%20I%20flutter%20off%20into%20big%20ego%20land,%20I%20highly%20suggest%20you%20take%20a%20look%20at%20these%20guys%20blogs.%20%20Miss%20messy%20takes%20beautiful%20pictures%20that%20make%20me%20drool%20(Check%20out%20the%20sticky%20pecan%20tart)%20and%20Laurie's%20Cravings,%20this%20girl%20knows%20how%20to%20get%20me%20craving%20some%20healthy%20food%20(A%20must%20see:%20Jalapeno%20Jelly%20and%20Brie%20Crescent%20Bites).%20%20Her%20blog%20is%20such%20a%20great%20help,%20especially%20with%20my%20diet%20the%20way%20it%20is.%20%20Check%20them%20both%20out!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThe%20rules%20of%20this%20award%20are:%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E1.%20Thank%20your%20nominator%20(and%20link%20back!).%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E2.%20Nominate%205%20other%20blogs,%20with%20less%20than%20200%20followers%20and%20post%20a%20comment%20on%20each%20blog%20letting%20them%20know%20they%20have%20been%20given%20the%20award.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E3.%20Copy%20and%20paste%20the%20award%20onto%20your%20blog.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThese%20are%20the%20guys%20I'd%20love%20to%20nominate:%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ECheck%20them%20all%20out,%20their%20blogs%20are%20fantastic%20=]%20%20See%20yah%20next%20time!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThe%20rules%20are:%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThank%20the%20person%20who%20nominated%20you%20and%20link%20them%20back.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EShare%20a%20little%20bit%20about%20why%20you%20started%20blogging.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ECopy%20and%20paste%20the%20award%20onto%
