- In a large heavy skillet or wok,add 2tsps oilwhen very hot add onions,garlic and ginger.add veggies and cook till soft but still crunchy.add very cold rice slowly ,constantly stirring.add shrimp,last,add green onions,and soy sauce keep stirring till mixed well about 5 minutes.in a clean skillet heat 2 tbls of oil add beaten egg,tilting the pan,flip over ,cook well on the other side ,cut into strips and add to the top of rice when serving..
