Ингредиенты

2 lb pork loin roast, cut in small pcs (remove all gristle) 1 med onion 1 med green pepper 2 x tomatoes

1 can Old El Paso tomatoes with green pepper (I used Ro*tel) 1 sm can tomato paste     Warm pepper to taste 1/2 c. Wesson oil

Инструкции

1. Mix pork, onion, green pepper and tomatoes; simmer in Wesson oil till tender; stir often. Add in Old El Paso tomatoes with green peppers, tomato paste and warm pepper to taste.
2. Simmer 30 min.
