Ингредиенты

  • 1 eggplant
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 c. bacon drippings
  • 1 can tomatoes
  • 2 T sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Parmesan cheese

Инструкции

  1. Pare and slice eggplant. Soak onions, pepper and eggplant in oil for 10 min. Add in tomatoes, salt, sugar. Cook 5-10 min. Pour in casserole dish, cover with cheese and bread crumbs. Bake about 20 min.
