  • 1 can Spam luncheon meat - (12 ounce) cubed
  • 1/2 lb sharp cheese cubed
  • 1 lrg onion peeled, minced
  • 1 lrg green bell pepper seeded, minced
  • 1 c. bread crumbs
  • 3 x Large eggs beaten
  • 1 c. lowfat milk

  1. Grind Spam, cheese, onion and pepper together. Combine with the remaining ingredients. Bake in a casserole, covered at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hrs. Uncover and bake 15 min more to brown.
