%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAnyways,%20I%20found%20a%20butternut%20squash%20that%20needed%20using%20up%20and%20I%20thought%20I'd%20make%20something%20reminiscent%20of%20those%20lovely%20little%20pumpkin%20ravioli%20that%20you%20can%20get%20or%20make%20yourself%20.%20.%20.%20but%20a%20WHOLE%20lot%20easier!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThe%20butternut%20squash%20is%20gently%20browned%20in%20some%20olive%20oil%20along%20with%20some%20onions%20.%20.%20.%20until%20the%20edges%20are%20lightly%20caramelized,%20bringing%20out%20all%20that%20delicious%20natural%20sweetness%20.%20.%20.%20tastily%20mingled%20with%20some%20garlic%20and%20sage%20leaves,%20another%20beautiful%20marriage%20.%20.%20.%20and%20then%20tossed%20together%20with%20some%20freshly%20cooked%20pasta%20and%20grated%20Parmesan%20.%20.%20.%20and%20you%20have%20something%20quite%20out%20of%20this%20world.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20sat%20here%20on%20the%20sofa%20this%20afternoon,%20eating%20it%20right%20out%20of%20the%20pan%20(I%20know%20.%20.%20.%20I%20am%20so%20naughty)%20and%20watching%20episodes%20of%20Diners%20Drive%20Ins%20and%20Dives%20that%20I%20had%20taped.%20%20%20(The%20Toddster%20hates%20food%20telly,%20so%20I%20try%20to%20watch%20it%20when%20he's%20out.)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThere%20is%20no%20better%20way%20to%20spend%20an%20afternoon%20than%20watching%20food%20telly%20whilst%20munching%20on%20some%20delicious%20pasta%20that%20you%20just%20rustled%20up!!%20%20Watching%20food%20telly%20always%20makes%20me%20kind%20of%20hungry,%20so%20I%20was%20glad%20that%20I%20had%20something%20to%20fill%20that%20gap%20with%20while%20I%20was%20watching.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EOh%20I%20do%20make%20myself%20happy%20sometimes!%20%20I%20love%20it%20when%20that%20happens.%20%20It%20was%20the%20perfect%20afternoon.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E*Spaghetti%20with%20Butternut%20Squash,%20Onions%20and%20Cheese*%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EServes%204%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EA%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Echeese%20on%20top.%20Serve%20immediately.%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
