Spaghetti Sauce & Meatballs

Ингредиенты

  • 3 (15 ounce.) cans tomatoes
  • 2 (6 ounce.) cans tomato paste
  • 2 (12 ounce.) cans tomato sauce
  • 1 c. ketchup
  • Water to taste
  • Italian seasoning (2 tbsp.)
  • 2-3 teaspoon garlic pwdr
  • 1 teaspoon pepper

  1. Combine ingredients for sauce in large pot and simmer.
  2. MEATBALLS: Dissolve beef bouillon cube in 1/4 c. very warm water. Combine hamburger, bouillon, oatmeal, Large eggs, and flour till thoroughly mixed. Fold in spaghetti sauce. Shape in small balls and place on lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees 10 min or possibly till browned. Drain grease. Add in to spaghetti sauce. Serves approximately 8 to 10.
