Ингредиенты

  • 1 pound grnd Italian sausage or possibly you can use links
  • 28 ounce. tomatoes, put in blender
  • 30 ounce. tomato sauce
  • 12 ounce. tomato paste
  • 1/4 of 2 ounce. bottle basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon oregano or possibly more to taste
  • 1/4 c. parsley or possibly more to taste
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Garlic pwdr to taste
  • 1 bell pepper, quartered & seeds removed
  • Parmesan cheese to taste (1/4 c.)

Инструкции

  1. Brown the sausage and drain. Put tomatoes, sauce, paste, seasonings, pepper, cheese in crock pot. Mix well. Add in 1 c. water. Add in sausage. If sauce gets too thick add in more water. Cook all day on low.
