Ингредиенты
- 1 (28 oz.) can diced tomatoes
- 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
- 2 lg. white onions, peeled
- 3 cloves garlic, peeled
- enough italian seasoning to cover top of sauce
- 1 tbsp. parsley flakes
- Olive oil
- salt & pepper
Инструкции
- dice onions and garlic together. In a large saucepan, put in enough olive oil to cover bottom of pan and add the onions, garlic, itailian season, parsley flakes and saute in oil being careful dont burn.
- When onions become transparent(clear), stir in the rest of the ingredients and simmer for 2 hours. Stir sauce occasionally with a wooden spoon (metal spoons will leave a metallic taste to the sauce). Serve with pasta noodles
