Ингредиенты

1 onion, minced 1/2 green pepper, minced 2 tbsp. butter 1 egg 1 pound hamburger

1 c. cooked spaghetti 2 teaspoon Italian herb seasoning 1 clove garlic Salt & Pepper to taste

Инструкции

1. Heat butter in skillet, add in onions and green peppers, and brown lightly. Beat egg slightly and add in to onions and green pepper. Add in hamburger and cook, breaking up with fork till meat loses its red color. Add in seasonings and simmer for about 5 min. Fold in spaghetti and pour into the buttered loaf pans. Bake in moderate oven, 350 degrees 20 to 30 min.
