- 1 jar (32 oz) Prego Traditional Spaghetti Sauce or spaghetti sauce of your choice
- 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
- 1/3 c Progresso Italian Style Bread crumbs or bread crumbs of your choice
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1/4 c finely chopped onion
- 1/4 c grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 c chopped red or green pepper
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/8 t pepper
- 2 T oil
- Shape mixture into1 inch balls. About 24 balls
