Ингредиенты

  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. honey
  • 1/2 c. hot water
  • 1/4 c. soy oil
  • 2 c. whole wheat flour
  •     cornmeal (for lining pan)
  • 1 Tbsp. yeast
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 c. soy flour

Инструкции

  1. In a large mixing bowl, dissolve first the honey and yeast in hot water.
  2. Scald lowfat milk and let it cold. Add in lowfat milk, oil and salt to yeast. Slowly add in flour and turn dough out on floured board to knead. Place in a lightly oiled bowl and let dough rise 1 hour. Punch down and knead again. Let it rise for another 30 min. Punch down and shape into flat circles, 3-inches in diameter and 1/2-inch thick. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet; sprinkle with cornmeal. Also sprinkle cornmeal on top of muffins.
  3. Let rise another hour. Bake in electric skillet at 325 degrees about 5 - 10 min on each side.
