  • 1 pound Jimmy Dean pork sausage, reg. or possibly special recipe
  • 1 c. minced celery
  • 1/4 c. minced onion
  • 1 recipe biscuits, crumbled (about 5 c.)
  • 1 recipe cornbread, crumbled (about 5 c.)
  • 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 cans (14 1/2 ounce. each) chicken broth (about 4 c.)

Инструкции

  1. Saute/fry sausage, celery and onion. In large bowl, combine sausage mix and remaining ingredients; blend well. Stuff mix into birds and roast according to standard roasting directions. Mix may also be baked in a greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan at 350 degrees for 1 hour or possibly till lightly browned. Makes about 12 c. or possibly 10-12 servings.
