12 hard cooked large eggs 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard

5 T mayonnaise 1/2 teaspoon pepper 2 T sweet relish

Инструкции

1. Leave large eggs out 24 hrs, prior to hard boiling. Cut peeled large eggs lengthwise into halves. Slip out yolks; mash with fork. Fold in all ingredients. fill whites with egg yolk mix, heaping it lightly. Sprinkle with paprika lightly.
