Ингредиенты

  • 4 c. bread crumbs
  • Leftover biscuits or possibly loaf bread
  • 1/2 c. minced onion
  • 4 c. corn bread
  • 1 c. minced celery
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon sage
  • 3 c. chicken or possibly turkey broth
  • 1/3 c. butter
  • 1 c. lowfat milk

  1. Toast bread for crumbs; crumble in a large bowl. Add in onion, celery and seasonings. Next, add in warm broth to make soft mix. Mix well. Add in butter and lowfat milk. This mix should be very soft to allow for loss of moisture during baking. Add in more broth, if necessary. Pour in greased pan and bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour, or possibly till well browned.
