- Clean loins, removing any connective tissue and fat.
- Marinade:Place loins in bowl, and add in marinade ingredients.
- Mix together well.
- Place in refrigerator, for 4-6 hrs, turning occasionally.
- Glaze:In a pre-heated sauce pan, add in the honey and the Southern Comfort.
- Bring to a boil stirring constantly, reduce heat, but simmer for about 10 min.
- Reduce mix to a thick syrup.
- Pre-heat grill to medium high heat.
- Grill loins 5-7 min.
- In the last min brush on honey mix liberally.
- Topping:When completely covered in glaze, remove the loins and roll them on a plate of crushed pecans.
- Transfer to serving dish.
