Ингредиенты

  •     New Zealand lamb, loins
  •     Marinade
  • 3 Tbsp. rosemary
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic
  • 1 pch pepper
  • 1/3 c. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 c. balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 c. finely minced shallot
  •     juice from half a lemon
  •     splash Worcestershire sauce
  •     Glaze
  • 1 c. liquid honey
  • 1 ounce Southern Comfort liqueur
  •     Topping
  • 1 1/2 c. finely crushed pecan

Инструкции

  1. Clean loins, removing any connective tissue and fat.
  2. Marinade:Place loins in bowl, and add in marinade ingredients.
  3. Mix together well.
  4. Place in refrigerator, for 4-6 hrs, turning occasionally.
  5. Glaze:In a pre-heated sauce pan, add in the honey and the Southern Comfort.
  6. Bring to a boil stirring constantly, reduce heat, but simmer for about 10 min.
  7. Reduce mix to a thick syrup.
  8. Pre-heat grill to medium high heat.
  9. Grill loins 5-7 min.
  10. In the last min brush on honey mix liberally.
  11. Topping:When completely covered in glaze, remove the loins and roll them on a plate of crushed pecans.
  12. Transfer to serving dish.
