Рецепт South Indian Pakoda
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Besan | Gram flour
- 3 Tbsp Arisi Mavu | Rice flour
- Few cashew nuts
- Few Curry leaves, torn
- 1/2 Cup chopped Onions
- Few Coriander leaves
- 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
- 3 Tbsp Hot oil
- Oil for deep frying
Instructions
Take everything in a bowl (except oil). Mix it well. Check for salt and spice. Adjust if needed.
Heat oil in a kadai for deep frying. Once it is hot, add few tbsps to the mix.
Carefully without burning your hand, mix it. Add water and make it into a thick paste.
Drop few at a time in hot oil. Deep fry until it becomes golden brown.
Drain in a paper towel and serve warm.
