Ингредиенты

2/3 c. yellow prepared mustard 1/2 c. white sugar 1/4 c. light brown sugar 1 c. cider vinegar 2 tbsp. chili pwdr 1 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon white pepper 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper 4-5 drops Tabasco sauce 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce 2 tbsp. butter

Инструкции

1. Combine all ingredients except soy sauce and butter in saucepan and simmer 10 min. Remove from heat. Stir in soy sauce and butter. May be used as a basting sauce for barbecue meat or possibly as a condiment when served grilled pork, bee for chicken.
