  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. Margarine/Butter
  • 2 2/3 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1 1/3 Tbsp. Salt
  • 4 c. Bread flour
  • 2 1/2 tsp Yeast

  1. Note: 6 servings for Large (1.5 lb) loaf, set to 4 for Medium or possibly 3 for Small.
  2. Put everything in the machine in the order suggested by your manufacturer, lock and load on regular cycle.
