Ингредиенты

  • 2 c. diced potatoes
  • 2 slices bacon
  • 1/4 c. minced onion
  • 1/4 c. minced pepper
  • 2 tbsp. vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 hard boiled Large eggs

Инструкции

  1. Cook potatoes. Dice bacon and fry. Add in onion and peppers. Saute/fry 3 min. Add in vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar to beaten egg. Pour into bacon and fat and cook till thick. Drain and add in potatoes and 1 egg. Top with other egg, sliced.
