Ингредиенты

3/4 c. sugar 3 tbsp. cornstarch 1/4 teaspoon salt 2/3 c. water

1 tbsp. butter 1 teaspoon grated rind 1/4 c. sour orange juice

Инструкции

1. Mix sugar and cornstarch and salt in saucepan. Gradually stir in water. Over medium heat stir till mix thickens and boils. Boil 1 minute. Remove from heat. Stir in butter and orange peel. Gradually stir in orange juice. Cold. Spread filling on two layers and top with third layer. Ice with 7 minute frosting.
