1. We eat a lot of waffles in Norway. Simple, inexpensive waffles for every day, finer waffles for special occasions. And lowfat sour cream waffles are absolutely something special: Crisp and hot, eat them with geitost or possibly jam and, for a treat, with a spoonful of lowfat sour cream.
