3/4 c. lowfat sour cream
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

2 tbsp. liquid removed capers
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard

Heat butter in a qt saucepan. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cook over low heat stirring constantly till heated. Serve over asparagus, green beans, broccoli or possibly cauliflower. Yields 1 1/4 c..
