- 2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 c. finely minced fresh parsley
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. finely minced green onions
- 3/4 pkg. dry leek soup (Knorrs)
- 1 teaspoon dill weed
- 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. frzn minced spinach, well liquid removed and rechopped
- Healthy pinch of garlic pwdr

- Combine lowfat sour cream and mayonnaise. Add in soup mix and combine thoroughly. Add in remaining ingredients. Mix well and chill till serving time. Makes about 1 qt.
