Ингредиенты

  • 1 c. flour
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 c. dairy lowfat sour cream
  • 2 tbsp. oil
  • 1 c. raisins
  • 1/2 c. minced nuts
  • 3/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. warm water

Инструкции

  1. In large bowl combine flour, sugar, baking pwdr, salt, lowfat sour cream and oil. Mix well. Spread in 8" or possibly 9" square pan. In small bowl combine brown sugar and warm water, pour over batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 min. Serve hot.
