Ингредиенты

  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3 T pear juice
  • 4 to 5 canned pear halves, minced
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1/2 c. walnuts, minced
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoon cinnamon

Инструкции

  1. Cream butter, sugar and large eggs. Add in pear juice and minced pear halves. Mix dry ingredients and add in alternately with lowfat sour cream. Pour not quite half the batter into a greased loaf pan. Generously heap the nut mix into the center of the batter. Pour remaining batter on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 min. Let cool partway in pan.
