1/2 c. lowfat sour cream 1 (8 ounce.) jar Cheese Whiz process cheese spread 1/4 c. picante sauce (mild, medium, or possibly warm) 1 c. minced, cooked chicken

1 (8 ounce.) pkg. tortilla chips 2 c. shredded tomato 1 c. minced tomato 1/2 c. pitted ripe olive slices

1. Combine lowfat sour cream, cheese spread, and picante sauce in saucepan; stir over low heat till cheese spread is melted. Stir in chicken. On serving platter, layer half of chips, cheese spread mix, lettuce, tomato, and olives; repeat layers. Top with additional lowfat sour cream.
