Ингредиенты

4 c. grated potato
1 c. lowfat sour cream
1/2 c. butter (butter)

1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper, to taste

Инструкции

Partially cook potatoes (hard), then grate. In pan, heat butter (butter) - add in cheese and lowfat sour cream. Mix together with grated potato, salt and pepper to taste. Place into casserole dish - bake at 350 degrees till slightly browned and bubbly.
