Ингредиенты

1 lb grnd beef 3 c. egg noodles, fine or possibly medium 1/2 lb cottage cheese 8 ounce cream cheese

1 c. lowfat sour cream 1/2 c. chopped scallions 2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper 2 x -8 oz cans tomato sauce

Инструкции

1. Brown beef in skillet. Cook noodles according to package instructions. Cream together cheeses and lowfat sour cream. Fold in the remaining ingredients. Pour into a 2 qt casserole dish. Bake at 375 F for 45 min.
2. Serves 4-6.
