- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease cookie sheets.
- In a 3 qt mixer bowl combine all cookie ingredients except lowfat sour cream and pecans. Beat at low speed 2-3 min cleaning sides of bowl often till well mixed. Stir in lowfat sour cream and pecans.
- Drop by rounded tsp. 2 inches apart on cookie sheets. Bake 8-12 min or possibly till edges are lightly browned. Cold and spread with Brown Butter Frosting.
- Frosting; In saucepan heat butter over medium heat, stirring constantly till butter is golden (3-5 min). Add in remaining ingredients and stir till smooth. Yield: Approximately 5 dozen.
