Ингредиенты

  • 3 boxes broccoli, cooked and liquid removed
  • 1/2 stick melted butter
  • 1 tbsp. flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt (garlic)
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 pt. lowfat sour cream
  • 8 ounce. American cheese
  • 2 c. corn flakes

Инструкции

  1. Cook broccoli and drain. Add in flour, salt and pepper to melted butter. Stir, wait till cold and stir in 1/2 pt. of lowfat sour cream. Layer broccoli, sauce, American cheese. Topping: 1/2 stick butter, 2 c. cornflakes, crushed. Bake at 400 degrees for 35 min.
