Ингредиенты

  • 1/2 lb Grnd Beef
  • 1 Tbsp. Flour
  • 1/2 c. Grnd Pork
  • 2 Tbsp. Shortening
  • 1/2 x Boiled rice, mashed
  • 1 sm Onion, minced
  • 1 x Egg
  • 1/2 c. Tomato pulp
  •     Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 quart Beef stock

Инструкции

  1. Mix meat with rice and egg. Season and shape into little balls the size of walnuts. Roll in flour and fry lightly in warm shortening. Remove and in the same pan brown onion and add in tomato. Add in beef stock and simmer five min. Add in meat balls and simmer for one half hour or possibly till thoroughly heated.
  2. Yield: Six servings
