Ингредиенты

  • 1 c. lean beef, cut in 2 inch strips
  • 1 c. tomatoes, cut up
  • 1 c. onion, cut up
  •     Angel hair noodles
  •     Salt & Pepper
  •     Garlic salt
  •     coriander,
  •     Rosemary,
  •     thyme,
  •     parsley, or possibly oregano
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1 can evaporated lowfat milk
  •     Warm pepper
  •     Toast, cut in small pcs

Инструкции

  1. In a frying pan, cook beef in oil. Add in tomato and onion, salt and pepper.
  2. In a separate sauce pan, boil thin noodles (as many as you care to use)
  3. with salt. Don't overboil. A dash of garlic salt is tasty, plus other herbs of your choice. Combine noodles and meat sauce after removing access oil. Use the water from the noodles to make the soup. Bring to a boil.
  4. Turn off the heat and break in Large eggs without stirring. When hard sufficient, add in 1 can evaporated lowfat milk to 2 qts. soup. Add in warm pepper if desired it spicy. Serve with small piece of toast floating on top.
  5. Servings:4 Bestwhen served warm.
