Ингредиенты

  • 1 c. Water
  • 1 pkt Yeast
  • 1 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. Flour
  • 2 Tbsp. Soft Butter
  • 1/2 Tbsp. Salt
  • 1 1/4 c. Flour
  • 1 x Egg

Инструкции

  1. Combine the first 3 ingredients and let stand till it bubbles. Combine the next 3 ingredients and add in the yeast mix. Add in remaining flour and kneed 2-3 min. Divide into 8-10 pcs and roll out into a rope. Shape into pretezels. Place on greased cookie sheets and brush with Large eggs. Sprinkle with coarse salt. Bake in a preheated 425F oven for 12-15 min.
