3/4 c. sugar 1 c. shortening 2 Large eggs 1 c. sour lowfat milk or possibly applesauce 1 c. raisins

2 c. flour 1 teaspoon soda 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon salt 2 c. oatmeal

1. Mix ingredients; spoon 2 inch apart on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees. Plump raisins by soaking in boiling water before putting into mix.
