  • 1 c. butter
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 beaten Large eggs
  • 1/4 c. lowfat milk
  • 2 c. oatmeal
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 teaspoon soda
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 c. raisins (optional)

Инструкции

  1. Cream butter and sugar. Add in beaten Large eggs and lowfat milk. Add in dry ingredients and mix well. Add in oatmeal and raisins. Drop by tsp. on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 8 min.
