Baking is very therapeutic, you take out all that mental stress by kneading and punching that dough, and then you bake it for later to enjoy an absolute pleasure.

I’m not sure why but the best time for baking (to me) is evening, and believe me I sleep really well that night

We do buy dinner rolls from the store most of times, although I’m a foodie and love to bake but sometimes, there is just not that much time. However, you must agree that there is nothing better than homemade bread.

It’s fresh and made with love. Beside, who doesn’t like the smell of fresh baking to fill his house? Unlike store bought, these dinner rolls are so tasty that for breakfast, I just have one roll with a glass of milk.
