- 1 large can crushed pineapple, don't drain
- 1 large pkg. lemon Jello
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. grated carrots
- 1 c. minced celery
- 1 c. Swiss or possibly cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 sm. Cold Whip
- 1 pt. cottage cheese
- 1/2 c. minced nuts

- Heat pineapple and sugar to boiling, then add in Jello. Add in cream cheese, mix and let cold, but not set. Add in celery, carrots, cottage cheese, cheese and nuts. Mix in Cold Whip. Chill to set. Can be made ahead. Keeps well.
