Ингредиенты

2 c. all purpose flour 2 c. finely minced pecans 1/4 c. granulated sugar

1 c. butter, softened 1 teaspoon vanilla Powdered sugar for rolling

Инструкции

1. Heat at 325 degrees. In large bowl, combine flour, nuts, granulated sugar, butter and vanilla. Beat at low speed, scraping bowl often, till well mixed, 3 to 4 min. Shape rounded tsp. of dough into 1 inch balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake for 18 to 25 min, or possibly till very lightly browned. Remove immediately. Roll in powdered sugar while still hot and again when cold. Makes about 3 dozen cookies.
