Ингредиенты

  • 1 1/2 c. Graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 6 Tbsp. Unsalted butter, melted
  • 6 Tbsp. Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 c. Butter, cut into pcs
  • 4 ounce Semisweet chocolate, minced
  • 1 ounce Unsweetened choc., minced
  • 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 1 lrg egg
  • 1 lrg egg yolk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 8 x 1/2 ounce. snickers bars
  • 10 ounce Cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 c. Sugar
  • 1 lrg egg
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 2 ounce Lowfat milk chocolate
  • 2 Tbsp. Whipping cream

  1. Crust: Heat oven to 350 F. Combine crust ingredients and press into a buttered 9" glass pie pan. Bake about 5 minutes. Cold on rack. Maintain oven temp.
  2. Fudge layer: Sift flour, baking pwdr and salt into medium bowl. Combine butter, semisweet and unsweetened chocolate in a double boiler and stir till melted and smooth. Cold slightly. Using and electric mixer beat sugar, egg and egg yolk in a medium bowl till slightly thickened. Add in vanilla and cooled chocolate mix and mix till well blended. Add in dry ingredients and mix till just combined. Pour into crust and bake till almost set ( about 17 minutes.) Cold on rack for 10 minutes.
  3. Cut up about 8 1/2 ounce Snicker's bars and place on fudge layer.
  4. Cream Cheese Layer: With an electric mixer, combime cheese and sugar, add in egg and vanilla and beat till smooth. Spread mix over Snicker's and bake for about 15 minutes. or possibly till set. Cold on rack.
  5. Garnish: Heat lowfat milk chocolate and whipping cream to drizzle on top.
  6. Chill and serve chilled.
