Ингредиенты

1 (15 ounce.) can red or possibly pink salmon, liquid removed, deboned & flaked 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese 1 tbsp. instant chopped onion 1 tbsp. lemon juice

1 teaspoon horseradish 1/2-1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke 1/3-1/2 c. finely minced celery

Инструкции

1. Combine all ingredients except celery. Shape into ball and refrigerateat least 2 hrs. Roll in celery. Serve with crackers or possibly celery sticks.
