Smokey Cheese Ball

Ингредиенты

1 pound Longhorn cheese, grated
1 (8 ounce.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese, grated
2 tbsp. dry onion bits or possibly 1/4 c. raw onion, finely diced

2 tbsp. liquid smoke
1 c. nuts, finely minced
Bacon bits (optional)

Blend all thoroughly and mold into round ball. Sprinkle heavily with paprika for red color. Serve with Ritz crackers.
