Smoked Sausage Jambalaya

Ингредиенты

  • 1 pound smoked sausage, cut into 1/2" slices
  • 1 pound grnd beef
  • 1 med. size green pepper, minced
  • 1/2 c. minced green onions
  • 5 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 (28 ounce.) can tomatoes, undrained
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 c. uncooked long grain rice

Инструкции

  1. Cook sausage till browned; remove sausage and throw away drippings. Add in beef, peppers, onions and garlic to pan; brown. Drain. Add in tomatoes, salt, pepper and sausage. Cover, simmer 20 min. Add in rice and water to meat mix. Cover and cook 25 min or possibly till rice is tender.
